Şeyda Kır: Guest Researcher at the Learning Lab

In July 2023, Şeyda Kır from Yozgat Bozok Üniversitesi, Turkey, stays at the Learning Lab. As a PhD candidate in the Open and Distance Education Department at Anadolu University, she is studying OER practices (open educational resources) and OER policies in higher education.
