Designing a proof of concept for a distributed national infrastructure for open educational research in Germany's higher education institutions, the EduArc project aims at combining the development of a technological infrastructure with analysing higher education practices. Especially revising and remixing educational resources, a key feature of OER, only play a limited role in educational practices of teachers in German higher education.
