Startseite ›On April 9-10, 2015 two guest researchers from Learning Lab UDE presented at the international seminar “Intercultural Communications in a Global Age: Political, Media and Cultural Challenges and Tensions” at Hanze University of Applied Sciences (Hanzehogeschool Groningen).
Mikhail Bukhtoyarov and Anna Bukhtoyarova presented their paper “Educators between the Web and Educational Systems: the Growing Conflict of Innovation Adoption”. They discussed the issues of current transition process when national educational systems are often much slower in innovation adoption than individual educators.
The seminar was organized by Cultural Difference and Social Solidarity Network (CDSS), an international organisation focusing on fostering collaboration and debate around the broad issues of difference and solidarity in human societies.
During this interdisciplinary seminar researchers from all over the world shared their findings and opinions on the issues of intercultural communication and had an extensive discussion involving the perspectives of Media studies, Education, Journalism, Philosophy, Political Science and Communication studies.
